Please follow the below steps to get serial number of your Roku® device:

Go to the Roku® player Home screen > Channel Store > Search for “Lyca TV”
(the Roku® Channel Store appears as "Streaming Channels" in the menu to the left of the Roku® Home screen).
Select "Add channel" and confirm the selection when prompted.
Launch the app and you will see the serial number of your device displayed on the screen.
