Murugan (Sreeram) is a rag-picker who is quite content with the job. He falls in love with Veni (Aara), who works in a supermarket, and hates people who steal or lie. When Murugan finds himself in the possession of a stockpile of money, he is bewildered and gradually starts spending it lavishly. What happens when Kiruba (Rajasimman), who plays Madhusoodhanan's henchman, starts exploring the area to find the money forms the plot.
